Israel-Gaza war protest in uptown Charlotte

Protests have been springing up all over the country amid the recent violence in Gaza, which escalated today with a fierce push by Israeli forces into Gaza City. The attacks started right after Christmas. Read more here:

Charlotte is no exception. Today a fairly large group of people assembled at Trade & Tryon in protest of the Israeli attacks, and violence against innocent civilians. Scattered people were in support of the opposing viewpoint: that Israel has a right to defend itself against persistent Hamas missile attacks.
