Banktown: The next chapter?
Posted on 7 Aug 2009 by Liz Barrett
Pam Slim, noted blogger, author of Escape from Cubicle Nation and expert on the transition to entrepreneurship and self-employment is coming to Charlotte on August 12th and 13th for a series of events.
The Wednesday night event at Spirit Square, which is free and open to the public, is being cast as a dynamic, interactive, fun, grassroots and somewhat unpredictable session; something between a town meeting and a micro-TED conference, where various creatives get brief slots of airtime on the topic of Charlotte’s innovation/start-up scene.
